First time I’ve met Rafael he was friendly and easy to talk to about selling my house. Highly knowledgeable realtor, patient, and effective in his job. He doesn't give up on his clients in finding the RIGHT home. My husband and I have been working with him for a few months now in the purchase of a home, but the reason we haven't found one is because I am extremely picky about the process. That has not discouraged Rafael from working with me and in fact, he has made it a point to find the right one and weed out the unnecessary listings not to my taste to save my time. He goes beyond his necessary job description and takes time to travel to the listing addresses, provide informative videos, and send them to us. My family and I met Rafael about two months ago at an open house. We instantly loved his friendly personality, sense of humor, punctuality, and professionalism. Rafael worked restlessly to help us find our first home. From the minute we met him until the day we signed the final documents, Rafael was there to guide us and answer all our questions. My husband and I wanted different things in a home; we made Rafael’s job very difficult, but he managed to find a home to satisfy both of our needs and that was perfect for our budget. We met Rafael two months ago when we received one of his letters in the mail. He was quick to respond to our phone call and was at our home the following day with a full marketing report in hand. We were a little skeptical at first since we tried to sell our home a year before and the agent failed but for some reason Rafael made us feel comfortable and he seemed very trust worthy. Well here we are 60 days later and our condo just sold for a record price and we get the keys to our new home in West Hills tomorrow. Thanks again Rafael. This was our first home purchase. Rafael made the entire process as easy as possible for us from home hunting to bidding to eventually closing. He was extremely responsive and always available for our (sometimes dumb) questions, even late at night. When we had questions or apprehensions, he had lots information/answers and gave great, impartial advice. Rafael is a straight shooter, but with a very kind and genuine personality. We never felt rushed or forced into anything. He fought hard and advocated for us during bidding, inspection and closing. Rafael worked with us for about 6 months. He was always on time to showings and never flaked. We sometimes felt rushed for things, but he listened to our feedback and was respectful. He always returned texts, emails, and calls promptly and we never had to hunt him down or fish out information from him. He also had all of the third party companies, such as a lender, inspector, escrow company, etc. lined up if we didn't want to go through the trouble of shopping for them on our own. He was also respectful of our choices to choose otherwise.
